The Braves came up empty in game 5 as they were defeated 4-1 by the Cougars Thursday night in Esquimalt.

With 1:42 remaining in the first period, Chad Roorda kicked it up to Yee who beat Max Pelzner with a wrist shot over his glove.

The 2nd period was a power play fiesta as the Cougars scored three times while the Braves were short handed. Chris Savage scored first, then Josh Wyatt added two more to take a 4-1 lead into the dressing room.
