Pretty in Pink!

p55Ryan Komori (picture) scored three goals and added an assist as the Braves tripled up on the Westshore Stingers 6-2 Friday night.

Rosa Smith showed her skills as she put two out of five pucks into the net from the far blueline to win a $140 Tax Preparation compliments of Seianna Financial Services.

Captain Komori tied it up with 4:46 remaining in the opener as he took a pass from Blaine Carey in the slot and snapped it off the iron and in behind Nick Babich.

With 4 seconds left in the first period, Brandon Horner found Taylor Fahey alone in front of the net and he squeezed one through McGaw and had it trickle across the goal line for the lead.

Three minors called on the Stingers by referee Byron Ellingson, two on the home team. Braves out shooting the Stingers 20-8.

Just one goal in the 2nd period and it was "Komo" again as he took a stretch pass from Brad Dick and wristed one into the top corner over the glove of Babich to go into the dressing room tied at two.

Just one penalty in the period and it was an Ellenberger tripping call. Braves again dominating the shot clock 14-8.

It was all Braves in the 3rd period scoring four times. Trevor Yee banked one in from the side of the net for the game winner. Travis Stephens with the lone helper.
